SHIPPING

With so many products of varying weights and sizes, it's impossible to find a one size fits all solution to shipping. If you believe that calculated shipping is incorrect, please contact us to check it out.

We routinely ship Monday to Friday by Royal Mail. Orders received by 3pm will generally ship the same day. At checkout you can upgrade from 48hr tracked to Special Delivery. Legs and other long products must ship by Parcelforce.

If you placed an order and realise you've missed something off, you can place a second order selecting pick-up at checkout, and your orders will be combined. Additions must be recieved by 3pm to be automatically added.

If you want a few nuts and bolts, or something very small that will fit in a flat padded envelope, then you may access a lower shipping rate by entering TOGO as your country in delivery address at checkout. As a guide, a pinball is too large to fit into this categories. Orders will be delayed if you use this incorrectly.
